Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end signup-to-activation experience, improving customer onboarding.
- Invent and prototype new onboarding experiences using AI.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data to frame and validate problems quickly.
- Identify opportunities for AI to reduce customer effort in onboarding.
- Design reusable onboarding components for quick integration of new entry points.
- Elevate engineering standards through mentorship and high-quality code.
- Make timely scoping decisions to ship effective prototypes.
Requirements
- 10 - 12+ years of software engineering experience with customer-facing products.
- A product-minded approach focused on customer problems and key metrics.
- Ability to execute quickly with high quality, shipping and iterating effectively.
- Experience applying AI/LLM capabilities to real product challenges.
- A founder mindset with high ownership and comfort with ambiguity.
- Proven track record of technical leadership and mentorship.
- Strong full-stack fundamentals with versatility across front end, back end, and data.
