Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build and ship production multi-agent systems end to end.
- Create a safe write-back path for agent decisions to customer systems.
- Evaluate all shipped features with robust testing and metrics.
- Design agent memory and retrieval systems for efficiency.
- Harden systems against adversarial data attacks.
- Integrate LLMs with a focus on cost, latency, and reliability.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in building production systems.
- 2+ years of experience with LLM-powered or agentic systems.
- Proficient in Python; TypeScript or Go is a plus.
- Experience with modern agent frameworks and orchestration tools.
- Strong systems-engineering fundamentals and debugging skills.
- High agency in scoping, prioritizing, and shipping projects.
