Responsibilities
- Support, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues across applications, APIs, databases, integrations, and cloud platforms.
- Perform root cause analysis and contribute to permanent fixes that reduce recurring incidents.
- Develop, enhance, test, and maintain enterprise application features, services, and integrations.
- Analyze logs, monitoring alerts, database issues, and system behavior to identify and resolve defects.
- Support deployments, release validation, post-release checks, and operational stability activities.
- Collaborate with development, QA, support, product, and business teams to resolve issues and deliver changes.
- Create and maintain troubleshooting guides, technical documentation, and knowledge articles.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in software development, production support, application support, or production engineering.
- Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and backend application development.
- Good understanding of SQL, relational databases, query troubleshooting, and data validation.
- Working knowledge of Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and JSON.
- Experience troubleshooting application, API, database, integration, and infrastructure-related issues.
- Exposure to Git, CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, Agile/DevOps practices, and release support.
- Exposure to Azure or AWS and basic understanding of containers or cloud-hosted applications.
- Preferred experience includes Salesforce integrations, CRM platforms, licensing, entitlement, order management, subscription, or customer-facing business applications.
- Preferred knowledge includes GraphQL, microservices, messaging platforms, API management, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Kubernetes Service, and monitoring or observability tools such as Azure Application Insights, Splunk, Dynatrace, or Datadog.
- Strong debugging, ownership, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
