Responsibilities
- Design and plan test strategies for projects and applications.
- Plan testing activities for agile deliveries.
- Create and maintain automated tests and the test automation framework using Selenium.
- Analyze requirements and user stories to derive automated test cases.
- Execute automated and manual tests, identify defects, and ensure software quality.
- Support feature implementation, existing features, and bug fixes through test automation.
- Contribute to process improvement and recommend quality enhancements.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve issues and keep stakeholders informed.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer.
- Seven to ten years of experience, as stated in the job title.
- Experience with test automation using Selenium WebDriver.
- Knowledge of software testing procedures, test planning, estimation, prioritization, and risk-based testing.
- Practical experience with agile testing methodologies, including BDD and TDD.
- Ability to refactor code to reduce complexity.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Unix and SQL skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
