Base Salary
$120k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Translate product goals into LLM-driven, machine-executable instructions using structured prompting.
- Implement LLM safety, observability, logging, red-teaming, policy compliance, and PII-handling practices.
- Design, develop, test, and deliver scalable customer-facing applications and services.
- Own data warehouse code for imports from multiple time and billing systems.
- Scale existing code and identify options to modernize the platform.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Quality Engineering across the software development lifecycle.
- Manage priorities, estimates, deadlines, and deliverables while contributing to engineering process and quality improvements.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of software development experience.
- Experience with SQL, stored procedures, views, SQL Agent Jobs, SSAS, multidimensional and tabular models, MDX, and DAX.
- Experience with .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, SQL, and Entity Framework.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory and performance tuning queries.
- Understanding of Git-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub.
- Strong backend development, API, and service-oriented architecture knowledge.
- Proven prompt engineering experience and strong written communication skills.
- Preferred qualifications include AI-enabled development, testing frameworks, cloud and containerization, SSIS, platform and infrastructure optimization, AWS, Azure, Power BI, and financial data experience.
