Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of large-scale global enterprise applications and AI-enabled solutions.
- Build AI engineering frameworks, agents, automation capabilities, and global enterprise products.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, deployment, maintenance, testing, debugging, and validation.
- Develop secure and scalable .NET and React applications and RESTful APIs with ASP.NET Core.
- Implement Entity Framework Core repositories and services using CQRS, MediatR, and Clean Architecture patterns.
- Integrate and deploy applications using AWS services including S3, EC2, CloudWatch, and Aurora PostgreSQL.
- Configure, deploy, and support IIS-hosted applications and resolve production defects within defined SLAs.
- Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, lead technical teams, and support technical strategy and project execution.
- Troubleshoot production issues, provide root-cause analysis, and ensure application quality and security standards.
- Use GitHub Copilot and other AI tools to improve development efficiency and contribute to Specification-Driven Development practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8–10 years of experience developing across the front-end/UI, services, and back-end/database application stack.
- At least two years of hands-on experience developing enterprise-grade global full-stack applications using AI frameworks and machine learning technologies.
- At least three years of experience leading and mentoring technical teams developing and supporting modern web applications.
- Experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Entity Framework Core.
- Experience with web application deployment, IIS, RESTful APIs, application architecture, data architecture, and infrastructure architecture.
- Experience designing data models and working with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, AWS EC2, S3, RDS/Aurora PostgreSQL, and load balancers.
- Experience with monitoring systems such as Splunk and Dynatrace.
- Knowledge of virtualization and containerization technologies such as VMware and VirtualBox.
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted software development, and the Atlassian Suite including Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to collaborate effectively, manage multiple deliverables, meet tight deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and communicate clearly.
- Financial services or banking experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of AWS Cloud Services, AI and agentic development, and Domain-Driven Design principles is preferred.
