Base Salary
$180k - $390k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deliver performant, reliable, production-grade AI agents.
- Own the full Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot through deployment and continuous iteration.
- Work directly with enterprise and startup customers to understand challenges and build operational AI solutions.
- Prototype tools and features, surface customer needs, and collaborate with research, product, and platform teams to evolve the core platform.
- Develop agent frameworks, self-service capabilities, new agent architectures, and integrations with voice models at enterprise scale.
Requirements
- Professional fluency in both Spanish and English.
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing and ambiguous environments.
- A high-agency builder mindset with creative, practical approaches to shipping solutions.
- Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs and solve real-world problems.
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Preferred: experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production; familiarity with evaluation frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering; experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Go; and prior customer-facing or external technical project leadership.
- Preferred: founder or founding-engineer experience.
