Responsibilities
- Provide front-line support, issue handling, and troubleshooting
- Support the business and own the deal process
- Manage the backlog and maintain SLA discipline
- Develop industry-specific and localized content
- Act as the functional owner and subject-matter expert for assigned product components
- Maintain relationships with Product Managers and Solution Advisory SMEs
- Collaborate with the Program and Release Manager on new releases and project execution
- Work with technical teams to expedite troubleshooting and issue resolution
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in procurement SaaS, pre-sales, functional consulting, or support
- Deep functional expertise in procure-to-pay workflows
- Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience supporting revenue-generating pre-sales or sales teams is a plus
- Ability to build scalable demo content
- Ability to work under time-sensitive deal pressure
- Experience using AI tools for productivity, troubleshooting, and demo storytelling is a strong plus
- Availability to work shifts supporting PST time zone coverage
