Responsibilities
- Build and deliver scalable end-to-end product features using React, TypeScript, and Java/Spring Boot.
- Partner with product managers and designers to shape product direction and create seamless user experiences.
- Improve performance, scalability, reliability, architecture, testing practices, and CI/CD automation.
- Define and evolve shared standards for solutions, components, data models, and modular architectures.
- Explore AI-driven workflows and collaborate with an international, cross-functional engineering team.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building and shipping production-ready software with modern frameworks.
- Expertise in frontend engineering, especially React and TypeScript, with exposure to full-stack development.
- Ability to deliver end-to-end features across the stack and understand modular system design, APIs, and component boundaries.
- Commitment to clean code, testing practices, and efficient CI/CD pipelines using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent English communication skills at C1 level and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
