Responsibilities
- Identify high-leverage opportunities in incentive optimization.
- Define the technical roadmap for ML/AI solutions.
- Drive end-to-end execution of ML/AI projects.
- Collaborate with product managers, marketers, and engineers.
- Lead and mentor team members to improve execution efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven track record in identifying impactful opportunities and driving initiatives.
- Strong skills in analytics, modeling, programming, and communication.
- Demonstrated ownership and results-driven mindset.
- Preferred experience in incentive or pricing optimization.
- Preferred experience in causal modeling and reinforcement learning.
