Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evolve high-performance, globally scalable digital solutions.
- Own system architecture and contribute to technical decision-making.
- Write clean, maintainable code supported by unit, integration, and automated tests.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Operations, and engineering teams to deliver business value.
- Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing and engineering culture.
- Ensure solutions meet modern standards for quality, performance, and maintainability.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of programming and software engineering principles.
- Experience designing scalable systems using .NET, C#, AWS, and Node.js with TypeScript.
- Ability to write effective unit, integration, and other automated tests.
- Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization.
- Proficiency with version control systems, including Git and GitHub workflows.
- 4–8 years of professional software development experience.
- Experience building global, high-performance, and scalable solutions.
- Experience working in cross-functional agile teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to process and analyze complex information.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Experience in the financial domain and interest in emerging technologies such as agentic AI are advantageous.
