Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions to automate business processes.
- Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
- Document automation processes and solutions for maintainability and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve RPA issues and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
- Develop and conduct RPA testing to verify the accuracy and reliability of automated solutions.
- Monitor RPA performance, recommend improvements, and support high availability.
- Stay current with RPA technology trends and best practices.
- Ensure RPA solutions comply with governance and security standards.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on RPA best practices.
Requirements
- Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis, solution design, and automation best practices.
