Responsibilities
- Develop Salesforce-based sales and marketing automation solutions with business stakeholders.
- Build integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST APIs, authentication, Single Sign-On, Heroku Connect, and other data management systems.
- Develop Apex and Lightning Components and perform Salesforce customization and configuration.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, identify root causes, fix defects, and develop debugging tools.
- Analyze functional and business requirements and recommend changes aligned with Salesforce architecture.
- Manage Salesforce user profiles, roles, permissions, and access controls.
- Provide technical support, user training, and system documentation.
- Collaborate with CIS, product, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable solutions and improve systems and processes.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience working as a developer.
- Solid Salesforce customization and configuration experience, including Apex and Lightning Components.
- Experience selecting automation tools and frameworks while balancing immediate fixes with long-term solutions and technical-debt reduction.
- Thorough understanding of Salesforce deployment processes.
- Experience working with agile development teams.
- Experience with Heroku, Python or Node.js, and microservice architectures.
- Coding experience using APIs to automate processes and integrate systems.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and MuleSoft.
- Strong troubleshooting, prioritization, project coordination, communication, and technical support skills.
