Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom SAP EWM developments across SAP S/4HANA landscapes.
- Implement EWM enhancements using BAdIs, PPF, RF Framework, and MFS where applicable.
- Adapt technical solutions to standard EWM business processes and system customizing.
- Analyze functional and technical requirements with EWM functional consultants and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and long-term maintainability.
- Support technical design, code reviews, testing, and defect analysis.
- Participate in implementation testing, go-live, and hypercare support.
- Serve as a senior technical counterpart for onshore EWM teams and coach junior developers.
- Participate in technical discussions and solution design sessions in English.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA ABAP or RAP development.
- Solid experience as an SAP EWM Developer.
- Strong expertise in SAP EWM development, ABAP in an EWM context, EWM BAdIs, PPF, and RF Framework.
- Knowledge of ABAP, ABAP Cloud, CDS, and RAP.
- Understanding of SAP EWM warehouse processes, system customizing, Clean Core strategy, and extensibility concepts.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM projects, either embedded or decentralized.
- Experience with Eclipse, ABAP Development Tools, and EWM technical extensibility concepts.
- Strong English communication skills.
- International project experience is a plus.
- German language skills are advantageous.
