Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Salesforce applications using Visualforce, Apex classes and triggers, Salesforce Flows, and SOQL.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and Oracle Database backends using REST APIs and JavaScript.
- Write SOQL, Oracle SQL, and PL/SQL queries for reporting, data migration, and integration use cases.
- Configure Knowledge Articles, Case Management workflows, entitlement processes, and self-service capabilities in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Apply the software development lifecycle from requirements analysis and design through testing, deployment, and production support.
- Troubleshoot Salesforce and Oracle Database production issues, identify root causes, and implement durable fixes.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, System Analysts, and QA to translate business requirements into Salesforce and database solutions.
- Create and maintain data models, integration maps, configuration guides, and other technical documentation.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and CI/CD delivery practices using Azure DevOps.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of software development experience with proven hands-on delivery on the Salesforce platform.
- Proficiency with Visualforce, Apex classes, triggers and batch processing, Salesforce Flows, and SOQL.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL, including queries, stored procedures, and data integration patterns.
- Experience consuming and producing REST APIs and using JavaScript for Salesforce pages and integrations.
- Hands-on experience configuring or developing Salesforce Service Cloud features, including Case Management, Knowledge Articles, entitlement processes, or self-service portals.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery, CI/CD practices, Azure DevOps or similar pipelines, sprint-based delivery, and version control.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Preferred: Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification, or Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification.
- Preferred: Salesforce CPQ, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud entitlement and contract management, Data Loader, DX CLI, MuleSoft connectors, sandbox management, Oracle EBS integration, and Azure DevOps pipeline experience.
