Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS-first cloud architecture for scalability, reliability, security, innovation, and long-term success.
- Manage cloud environments supporting XDR products and the Autonomous Workspace Platform.
- Resolve large-scale production issues and improve reliability, efficiency, availability, and observability.
- Automate operations and development processes, reduce manual intervention, and improve developer experience.
- Improve deployment practices, monitoring, infrastructure management, and operational maturity.
- Support infrastructure security, secure development practices, organizational standards, and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with R&D, Security, Product, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Own tasks end to end from analyzing challenges and proposing solutions through implementation and production rollout.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant DevOps experience in large-scale production environments.
- Extensive experience with cloud computing technologies, preferably AWS.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools, especially Grafana.
- Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
- Experience with Kubernetes or managed container services such as EKS, AKS, or ECS in production environments.
- Understanding of secure development lifecycles, cloud security, and infrastructure security.
- Ability to independently analyze problems, propose practical solutions, and drive implementation end to end.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Preferred: experience with both AWS and Azure.
- Preferred: experience with managed data services such as MongoDB Atlas, Azure Data Explorer, Cosmos DB, Amazon RDS, or Amazon Aurora.
- Preferred: PostgreSQL management, performance tuning, and optimization experience.
- Preferred: Python scripting or development experience.
