
Software Developer
Tyler TechnologiesResponsibilities
- Build applications and infrastructure for the Tyler suite of products.
- Collaborate with product teams and cross-functional departments to bring products and features to market.
- Contribute to product vision, planning, architecture, design, usability, APIs, and documentation.
- Support deployment and runtime issue resolution with Technical Support and other departments.
- Contribute to cloud migration efforts and internal process improvement.
- Facilitate code reviews.
- Design and implement frameworks, microservices, and reusable components for Tyler products.
- Develop and extend core features for existing infrastructure microservices.
- Participate in sprint definitions and reviews as needed.
Requirements
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in C# and .NET 6+.
- Experience with HTML, JavaScript/TypeScript, and a frontend framework such as Angular.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with Linux, Git, and Docker.
- Strong RESTful API knowledge.
- Experience with test-driven development.
- Ability to learn quickly, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize work.
- Self-motivated approach with a high level of ownership and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Beneficial experience includes cloud services, NoSQL databases, document storage services, message queues, notification services, Terraform, automated testing, load testing, CI/CD, LocalStack, and AWS certifications.
