Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
Build and improve workflows, business rules, integrations, and automations using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
Collaborate with architects and the platform team in Germany to design scalable, high-quality solutions.
Integrate ServiceNow with systems such as SAP, Okta, and Azure AD.
Create reports and dashboards that provide visibility and insights to stakeholders.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
At least one year of hands-on ServiceNow experience; strong junior candidates are welcome.
Understanding of ITSM and CSM modules, JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer.
Experience with REST and SOAP integrations and basic data modeling with CMDB.
Independent and structured working style with an interest in clean, scalable solutions.
Fluent English and willingness to work in an international, hybrid team.
