Base Salary
$165k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement agentic AI frameworks for intelligent systems.
- Optimize and fine-tune large language models and multimodal models.
- Build and manage retrieval-augmented generation pipelines and vector databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable AI solutions.
- Set technical direction and mentor peers in AI engineering practices.
- Evaluate machine learning models and design reward functions for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building and deploying scalable ML systems.
- Proficiency with agentic AI frameworks and interoperability protocols.
- Hands-on experience with fine-tuning large language models using advanced techniques.
- Experience with vector databases and embeddings for semantic search.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, particularly in Python.
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
