Responsibilities
- Work with clients and subject matter experts to understand processes and needs and codify them into software and evaluation datasets.
- Build and customize AI workflows using LLMs and agentic frameworks.
- Own end-to-end deployments from prompt crafting through evaluation.
- Iterate with users to improve outputs.
- Bridge customer needs and the Bluenote platform’s capabilities.
- Design and build workflow automation for life sciences applications.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of post-college experience in software engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience leading major product launches and/or customer implementations.
- Hands-on experience crafting prompts and building with LLMs.
- Solid understanding of systems thinking and problem decomposition.
- Prior customer-facing or consulting experience is a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams, with comfort navigating ambiguity and evolving requirements.
