Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients to understand their processes and needs.
- Build and customize AI workflows using LLMs and agentic frameworks.
- Own end-to-end deployments from prompt crafting to evaluation.
- Iterate quickly with users to improve output.
- Serve as a bridge between customer needs and Bluenote’s platform capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of post-college experience in software engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience in leading major product launches and/or customer implementations.
- Hands-on experience crafting prompts and building with LLMs.
- Solid understanding of systems thinking and problem decomposition.
- Prior customer-facing or consulting experience is a strong plus.
