Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to align features with business needs.
- Manage application features and release processes while preserving compatibility, performance, and stability.
- Optimize application configurations to improve user experience and system efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex application issues.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, coordinate cross-functional communication, and contribute to key decisions.
- Act as a subject matter expert and manage the team’s work and decisions.
- Mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience with JavaScript.
- Experience with asynchronous programming and event-driven architectures.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex application issues.
- Understanding of cloud platforms and low-code development environments.
- 15 years of full-time education.
