Responsibilities
- Build and maintain core infrastructure for a high-volume fraud detection platform.
- Improve system reliability, security, scalability, and performance.
- Maintain CI/CD systems and improve developer experience.
- Enable new capabilities in GCP and optimise Kubernetes clusters.
- Automate infrastructure and manage infrastructure as code.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and the wider organisation.
Requirements
- Experience maintaining a CI/CD system.
- Experience with GNU/Linux administration and shell scripting.
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code tooling.
- Solid understanding of computer networks, routing, and security fundamentals, including HTTP/S, DNS, and load balancing.
- Experience operating Kubernetes clusters and familiarity with the wider Kubernetes ecosystem.
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, Redis, Go, Helm, and Flux is preferred.
