Responsibilities
- Own MeliHelp and the organization's identity and access self-service experience.
- Design, develop, and evolve scalable, secure, resilient self-service solutions.
- Build end-to-end products integrating backend services, web applications, APIs, and automation.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to translate needs into sustainable technical solutions.
- Maintain product operational health through monitoring, observability, alerting, and incident resolution.
- Drive technical product evolution, share technical knowledge, and contribute to the team's roadmap.
Requirements
- Experience developing backend solutions with Go or Python.
- Experience working on high-impact applications and medium- or high-complexity workflows.
- Knowledge of web development and end-to-end solution integration.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions while collaborating across teams.
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog or New Relic.
- Knowledge of and interest in identity and access management, automation, and security applied to product development.
