Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Python/FastAPI backend services for audit orchestration, caching, scheduling, reporting, and integrations.
- Implement AI agents, prompts, MCP tool wiring, prompt templates, SOP-injection blocks, structured outputs, and schema-repair logic.
- Build React/TypeScript audit-review components, report views, verdict drill-downs, override workflows, dashboards, and paginated detail views.
- Write Pydantic models, unit tests, integration tests, migration scripts, and data backfill scripts.
- Integrate with change-management, HR, identity/directory, SaaS, infrastructure, and internal application systems.
- Contribute to Postgres and SQLite data models and participate in code reviews, on-call triage, accuracy reviews, and regression testing.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-stack engineering experience with strong production experience in both Python and React/TypeScript.
- Experience with FastAPI or Flask/Starlette, Pydantic v2, asyncio, SQLAlchemy, Postgres, API design, and pytest.
- Experience building React/TypeScript applications using functional components, hooks, state management, typed API clients, and paginated tables and detail views.
- Hands-on experience building or integrating AI agents using Google ADK, LangGraph, LangChain, OpenAI Assistants, or a comparable framework, including tool use and structured outputs.
- Experience with prompt engineering for Gemini, Claude, GPT-4-class, or comparable frontier language models and debugging structured-output failures.
- Familiarity with Git, code review, trunk-based or feature-branch workflows, Docker, and containerized cloud deployments.
- Preferred qualifications include MCP experience, enterprise REST integrations, SQLite and Postgres dual-store applications, Bitbucket Pipelines or equivalent CI/CD, GRC/IAM/SOX/ITGC tooling, and LLM evaluation or regression-testing harnesses.
