Base Salary
$100k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build product software, agent systems, agent platforms, infrastructure, data systems, and internal AI applications.
- Develop agent context ontologies, tools, harnesses, evaluation systems, and knowledge systems.
- Build data pipelines and state-hydration systems that provide agents with accurate, low-latency external data.
- Manage agent state and improve how long-running agent trajectories, decisions, and outcomes are evaluated.
- Engineer systems and workflows that help agents verify their work and improve software development productivity.
Requirements
- Strong first-principles reasoning and systems thinking for solving novel problems without an established playbook.
- Ability to understand technical systems and the real-world workflows and domains that agents operate in.
- Ownership of outcomes, initiative, and willingness to independently gather the context needed to make good decisions.
- Excitement about working with coding agents and applying agents to real-economy problems.
- Ability to work in person in Flatiron, New York City, five days per week.
