Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer support incidents related to a specific product center during India business hours.
- Develop a detailed understanding of customer environments, implementations, and operational challenges.
- Troubleshoot incidents using deep technical expertise and coordinate with OpenText experts to accelerate resolution.
- Apply best practices, provide supportability assessments, and mentor customers to reduce operational risks.
- Build strategic plans to proactively improve and maintain customers’ Fortify software investments.
- Strengthen customer relationships, adoption, satisfaction, and retention through proactive technical support.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Fortify SAST and WebInspect DAST, including administration, integration, and troubleshooting.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or an associate degree in a technical field with previous customer-support experience.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, coordination, collaboration, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Working knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL databases; network architecture; firewalls; extranet security; virtual environments; backup; and high-availability structures.
- General knowledge of web servers, browsers, and internet applications, plus basic ability to review Java, C#, and Python code.
- Understanding of operating system platforms, AWS, Azure, GCP, application build platforms, and API testing with Postman or Swagger.
- Knowledge of OWASP Top 10, CWE/SANS Top 25, Secure SDLC, threat modeling, and vulnerability lifecycle management.
- Experience integrating Fortify with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or Bamboo is an added advantage.
- Ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations and build effective customer and team relationships.
