Responsibilities

Build and maintain production-ready multi-agent workflows from solution designs.
Implement tool integrations with APIs, ERP, CRM, and ITSM systems, including error handling and graceful degradation.
Build end-to-end RAG pipelines covering ingestion, chunking, embedding, vector storage, and retrieval evaluation.
Monitor and improve retrieval quality and integrate RAG as an agent knowledge backend.
Develop and maintain RPA task bots and implement AI-agent-to-RPA handoff logic.
Write unit and integration tests, contribute to CI/CD pipelines and prompt versioning, and monitor deployed systems.
Participate in incident response for agent failure modes and document pipelines and agent configurations.
Work with Senior Engineers and progressively take ownership of components and stakeholder use-case discovery.

2–5 years of software engineering experience.
At least 2 years building AI-powered or automation solutions in production.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, AI/ML, or data science, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong Python skills and experience with cloud AI services, APIs, data pipelines, and event-driven systems.
Hands-on experience with LangChain/LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI and agent patterns such as tool use, memory, multi-step reasoning, and output validation.
Experience with LLM APIs, including structured prompt engineering.
Experience building end-to-end RAG pipelines and familiarity with at least one vector database.
Hands-on experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate and bot workflows involving exception handling, logging, and agent-layer integration.
Preferred cloud AI certifications for AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Preferred RPA platform certifications for UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
Exposure to LoRA/QLoRA fine-tuning and agent observability tools such as LangSmith or Arize is preferred.
