Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for web, Salesforce, and enterprise applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and mobile tests using Appium.
- Build and maintain automation frameworks and reusable test utilities.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure reliable test coverage.
- Identify, log, track, and validate defects using defect management tools.
- Participate in test strategy planning and quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and program managers throughout the development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote quality engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright automation testing and Playwright-based automation frameworks.
- Prior experience with mobile testing using Appium.
- Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience testing web applications and APIs.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab.
- Exposure to cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA and TestRail.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman and RestAssured.
- Performance or security testing experience is a plus.
- Experience mentoring junior QA engineers and working closely with development and product stakeholders.
- Professional proficiency in English.
