Responsibilities
- Provide industry-specific technical guidance and subject-matter expertise to clients, internal teams, and regional Industry X teams.
- Help clients establish shopfloor connectivity and scalable OT data and platform foundations for IT/OT solutions.
- Define technical architectures and lead advisory activities within Industry X projects, including value realization.
- Guide bid teams in developing winning strategies and tailored technical solutions.
- Enable and coach local teams in identifying and capturing Industry X and advisory growth opportunities.
- Build strategic relationships with Accenture, Microsoft, and relevant industry partners.
- Create reusable assets and accelerators and contribute to new Industry X advisory services.
- Shape repeatable Factory Data Foundation and Agentic Factory AI & Analytics offerings.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and recommendations clearly to clients and stakeholders up to C-level.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software architecture and 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong understanding of OT and IT, with in-depth Industrial IoT expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Experience designing intelligent digital twins using knowledge graphs and AI, particularly for manufacturing and operations.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and relevant open-source services, including integrating Independent Software Vendor solutions into Microsoft-based architectures.
- Understanding of manufacturing and operations ontologies, frameworks, and industry standards such as ISA-95 and OPC-UA.
- Hands-on experience applying ISA-95 and OPC-UA to OT/IT data models, asset hierarchies, and interoperable manufacturing data exchange is preferred.
- Knowledge of digital and Industry 4.0 technologies including IoT, cloud computing, big data analytics, artificial intelligence, robotics, and additive manufacturing.
- Relevant experience with digital twins, computer vision, generative AI, AI agents, or agentic AI.
- Experience implementing data platforms, IoT architectures, and AI and machine learning models to enhance client analytics capabilities.
- Functional knowledge of data science, security, and data platforms.
- Manufacturing or operations expertise in areas such as automotive, industrial equipment, aerospace and defense, high tech, consumer goods, life sciences, chemicals, natural resources, energy, or utilities.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and explain complex solutions in non-technical language.
- Strong client and stakeholder communication and presentation skills, including communication with C-level audiences.
- Factory Agents, Analytics, or Manufacturing Data Solutions experience is a plus.
Benefits
- Full-time base salary range of CAD 115,000 to CAD 135,000 for roles located in British Columbia or Ontario.
