Responsibilities
- Explain Engine’s technology, architecture, functionality, and value to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Lead technical designs during Engine implementation projects and work with client engineering leads, service owners, and SI partners.
- Uncover client requirements, design integration solutions, and collaborate with Product and engineering teams on delivery and roadmap needs.
- Own the technical aspects of client deliveries, including integrations, documentation, API specifications, and sequence diagrams.
- Support existing clients by troubleshooting technical issues, translating needs into technical requirements, and architecting platform solutions.
- Collaborate across Technology, Delivery, Product, Client Success, and Business Development teams.
Requirements
- Experience with end-to-end software engineering or solution architecture across the software delivery lifecycle.
- Experience with software service design and integration, including RESTful APIs, OpenAPI specification, and sequence diagrams.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and large-scale cloud applications.
- Experience working in client-facing roles and building stakeholder relationships.
- Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills, including explaining complex technical subjects to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent English and fluency in at least one relevant European language, ideally French or Spanish.
- Preferred experience in retail or business banking, core banking, card processing, payments, digital transformation, application migration, solution integration, SaaS client solutions, commercial business cases, or global financial regulations.
- Additional European languages are a strong plus.
