Responsibilities
- Lead technical streams for Guidewire implementation projects.
- Configure Guidewire BillingCenter and work with concepts including delinquency, disbursements, collections, write-offs, transfer policies, and new payment batches.
- Plan and monitor project deliverables and provide regular status reports to managers and onsite coordinators.
- Interface with customer representatives and travel to customer locations as needed.
- Lead, mentor, train, and manage the performance of project resources.
- Build a quality culture, foster teamwork, and participate in organization-wide people initiatives.
Requirements
- BE/BTech or MCA with 3 to 7 years of industry experience.
- Mandatory experience with Guidewire BillingCenter configuration and Property & Casualty Insurance.
- Hands-on experience with Java, JEE, XML, Axis 2 web services, SQL, Ant, PL/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, and enterprise messaging systems.
- Strong knowledge of Tomcat and at least one of WebSphere or WebLogic.
- Experience with enterprise system integration and software development best practices.
- Strong business communication and leadership skills, including prior client-facing experience.
- Guidewire implementations or upgrades and Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration experience are preferred.
