Responsibilities
- Work with clients and prospects to provide digital solutions and lead discovery calls and whiteboarding sessions.
- Evaluate systems, applications, and infrastructure; lead solution discussions covering options, impacts, risks, and estimates.
- Propose, design, and architect Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions while performing hands-on technical development.
- Provide technical leadership for developing, testing, deploying, and supporting custom solutions.
- Finalize technical specifications for customizations, integrations, and custom development.
- Lead and mentor developers on projects and spend 50% of the time writing scalable, reliable code.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience with C#, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and XML.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Lead or Architect.
- Experience with integrations and data migration projects.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills for client interaction and presentations; candidates should be proactive, self-starting team players.
- Occasional travel to clients of up to 20%.
