Responsibilities
- Test AI-based conversational products using manual and automated testing methods.
- Plan, prepare, execute, and document test cases and testing feedback.
- Monitor and improve quality assurance processes and adherence to standards.
- Provide data quality awareness across multiple teams.
- Evaluate model accuracy and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Use AI-assisted testing tools for test case generation, automation scripting, and defect analysis.
- Support improvements to AI models through detailed testing feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering field.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with manual and automation testing, test planning, test case preparation, and execution.
- Experience with API testing and scripting languages such as Java.
- Working experience with a BDD platform is preferred.
- Exposure to AI-assisted testing tools and ability to validate AI-generated outputs in QA workflows.
- Knowledge of manual testing concepts and tools.
- Knowledge of a database such as MySQL is a plus.
- Understanding of project or product testing requirements.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, self-motivation, and independent-work skills.
