Base Salary
$130k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop backend services and APIs supporting client activation and production onboarding.
- Integrate with clients’ core provider APIs and enhance third-party integrations such as checkbook ordering and ACH transfers.
- Work with clients to understand online account-opening nuances and collaborate with product teams to incorporate them into the system.
- Write clean, documented, well-tested code with attention to performance, error handling, logging, and edge cases.
- Participate in system design and advocate for architectural decisions and tradeoffs.
- Provide technical guidance, suggestions, and code reviews for teammates.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience writing backend services and APIs.
- Good understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with Node.js.
- Proficiency with REST APIs and microservice architectures.
- Strong technical and communication skills, including the ability to self-manage and estimate work.
