Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support enterprise applications, automations, and AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and related technologies.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, optimize processes, and deliver scalable digital solutions.
- Build and integrate solutions using Microsoft Graph, APIs, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, and third-party platforms.
- Own solution design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, production support, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure security, compliance, governance, DLP, connector governance, and least-privilege access standards are met.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise solutions with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and custom connectors.
- Strong experience integrating Microsoft 365 and enterprise applications using Microsoft Graph, webhooks, and standard or custom connectors.
- Experience with SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, or other Microsoft 365 services and their integration with Power Platform.
- Working knowledge of Power Platform governance, DLP policies, security roles, connector governance, and least-privilege access.
- Proficiency in PowerShell and working knowledge of at least one programming language such as C#, .NET, Python, or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of Copilot Studio and Agentic AI is an advantage.
- Relevant Power Platform certifications are preferred.
- Self-driven, highly motivated, quality-focused, deadline-focused, and able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
