Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to complex problems for the immediate team and broader teams.
- Lead process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience is required.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS) is stated as an additional requirement.
- Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS) is mandatory.
- Experience designing and developing scalable software solutions with modern development frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills for analyzing complex system requirements and delivering solutions.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
