Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, configuration, planning, and execution of custom application projects.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with and manage teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Coordinate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Troubleshoot complex software issues and continuously improve application performance and reliability.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Billing.
- Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Billing and application design and configuration within SAP environments.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project workflows.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and custom software engineering best practices.
- 15 years of full-time education.
