Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, debug, test, and maintain custom software components across systems and applications.
- Develop and optimize custom code for SAP HANA environments.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Lead implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA is also stated.
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA is required.
- Strong understanding of database concepts and performance tuning within SAP systems is required.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and continuous integration practices is required.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions is required.
- Skill in debugging, testing, and maintaining high-quality software components is required.
- A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
