Base Salary
$221k - $278k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical pre-sales support for Digital Native prospects and customers, including answering product, API, and LLM-related questions.
- Build and present demonstrations, scope use cases, recommend architecture patterns, and provide technical advisory.
- Create and maintain documentation, guides, and FAQs based on recurring pre-sales questions and requirements.
- Develop customer relationships throughout evaluation, validation, and purchasing processes.
- Gather customer feedback, identify cross-customer themes, and represent the customer voice in product planning.
- Address initial security and compliance questions, explain standardized collateral, direct customers to relevant resources, and escalate complex requirements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical pre-sales or a similar role.
- 4+ years of experience selling to technology customers and managing C-level technical and business relationships with complex global organizations.
- Thorough understanding of IT security principles and customer requirements for technical B2B SaaS products.
- Foundational training in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
- Experience delivering Generative AI or traditional ML prototypes.
- Knowledge of network and cloud architecture.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for technical, business, and senior-leader audiences.
- Ability to own problems end-to-end and acquire missing knowledge as needed.
