Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Clay tables and AI-powered workflows for outbound sales.
- Engineer multi-step Clay workflows using webhooks and API integrations.
- Build AI prompt layers for personalized outreach and lead qualification.
- Construct prospecting systems that utilize buying triggers for sales activation.
- Integrate Clay with Salesforce and other data providers to maintain GTM data.
- Evaluate and implement AI tools to enhance outbound relevance.
- Design Outreach sequences with AI-generated personalization.
- Automate repetitive GTM operations using Clay and custom scripts.
- Maintain accurate account data across Salesforce and connected tools.
- Configure and maintain the core GTM stack to support sales activities.
- Diagnose productivity bottlenecks and build system solutions.
- Rapidly troubleshoot system failures to minimize downtime.
- Serve as the primary systems contact for Revenue Systems support.
- Execute against the Revenue Systems roadmap in collaboration with the team.
Requirements
- 6+ years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations in B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on expertise with Clay, including building complex workflows.
- Experience applying AI to GTM workflows and personalizing outreach.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, including custom objects and data integrity.
- Familiarity with sales engagement platforms like Outreach.
- Ability to work with APIs and lightweight automation tools.
- Strong data instincts to maintain high-quality data systems.
