Responsibilities
- Produce software by driving a fleet of agents.
- Write, plan, share context, and coach team members.
- Build and update the system for software development.
- Create automated verification loops for code checking.
- Stay informed about new technologies and tools.
- Serve as the expert on agentic harnesses and best practices.
Requirements
- Strong accountability and high standards for self and colleagues.
- Ability to manage rapid context switching with attention to detail.
- Experience with Golang, Postgres, React/Typescript, Docker, AWS, and Terraform is preferred.
- No prior carbon accounting knowledge is required.
- Excellent communication skills.
