Base Salary
$180k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-SOW technical validation to assess platform fit and integration complexity.
- Design reference architectures for multi-channel AI agent systems.
- Guide Forward Deployed Engineers through architecture decisions and launch readiness.
- Create reusable assets from strategic deployments to streamline future launches.
- Lead architecture and security reviews with executive and technical stakeholders.
- Identify customer needs and implementation gaps to inform product improvements.
Requirements
- 7+ years in Solutions Architecture or equivalent technical leadership roles.
- Proven experience in taking complex technical solutions from POC to production.
- Strong system design skills across APIs, data modeling, and observability.
- Practical knowledge of AI/LLM concepts and safety guardrails.
- Hands-on fluency in TypeScript/Node, Python, or similar programming languages.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse audiences.
