Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product pipeline, including modeling customer demand and partnership opportunities and shaping the product roadmap.
- Work directly with AI researchers and organizational leaders to understand workflows, identify model capability gaps, and propose what to build next.
- Build reusable, robust technical infrastructure that precisely models entire organizational workflows as evaluation datasets and reinforcement learning environments.
- Manage the technical and relational sides of customer and partner lifecycles.
- Create tooling and systems that make each customer or partner onboarding process more repeatable and efficient.
- Advocate for customer and partner needs across the team and take ownership of outcomes.
Requirements
- Strong engineering foundation from a rigorous technical environment.
- Advanced proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as Python or TypeScript, with experience writing and debugging production systems.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work with senior researchers and non-technical executives.
- Track record of exceptional performance in academic, athletic, professional, or entrepreneurial pursuits.
- Comfort with ambiguity, intensity, and sustained effort when required.
- Willingness to travel.
