Responsibilities

  • Own complex software projects from conception through deployment while managing delivery scope, risk, and timelines.
  • Design, develop, customize, and maintain applications, modules, reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
  • Develop both front-end and back-end solutions using cloud technologies, including generative AI solutions.
  • Analyze requirements and translate them into software architecture and design specifications.
  • Integrate Salesforce and other systems and platforms to enable seamless data flow and functionality.
  • Conduct code reviews and develop unit, integration, and other tests to ensure software quality.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges, bugs, performance issues, and operational incidents.
  • Create and maintain documentation covering software architecture, design, deployment, disaster recovery, operations, code, and development processes.
  • Provide ongoing application support and maintenance while collaborating with product, design, QA, business, and engineering stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree with 4–6 years of experience, bachelor’s degree with 6–8 years of experience, or diploma with 10–12 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience developing Salesforce Marketing Cloud applications.
  • At least 5 years of experience integrating Salesforce.com with other applications.
  • Strong knowledge of information systems and network technologies.
  • Preferred experience includes at least 2 years with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, or Service Cloud.
  • Preferred experience includes at least 2 years with Databricks and MuleSoft.
  • Preferred experience includes at least 2 years with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Redshift/Spectrum, and Lambda.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, presentation, prioritization, teamwork, and self-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with global, virtual, and cross-functional teams.
