Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Establish development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Make technical decisions and provide solutions applicable across multiple teams.
- Lead continuous improvement of software development processes and product quality.
- Mentor and support team members while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) and ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Strong expertise designing scalable, high-performance software architectures within the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience integrating IT operations management tools with enterprise systems.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
- Strong influencing, advisory, decision-making, and subject matter expertise.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
