Base Salary

$108k - $205k/yr

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of Python services for analytics, ETL pipelines, and semantic or knowledge-graph workflows.
Develop secure CI/CD and DevSecOps automation, including containerized deployments and infrastructure-as-code.
Provide senior technical guidance, coaching, and design reviews for teammates.
Investigate and resolve complex issues across cloud-native systems, data-fabric components, and platform operations.
Collaborate across Agile teams and contribute to program-wide engineering standards and guardrails.

A STEM degree and typically eight years of relevant experience are required.
Experience developing in Python, including distributed systems or high-performance data workflows, is required.
Experience with DevSecOps tooling, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and build processes is required.
Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift and cloud-native microservices is required.
An active and transferable TS/SCI U.S. government-issued security clearance is required before starting.
U.S. citizenship is required because only U.S. citizens are eligible for the required security clearance.
Preferred qualifications include experience with RDF/SPARQL, ontology development, knowledge graphs, semantic-store ETL, event streaming, or high-concurrency workloads.
Experience in multi-team Agile environments and strong communication, mentorship, design influence, and engineering decision-making skills are preferred.

This is a primarily onsite role in Richardson, Texas.
