Base Salary
$152k - $222k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and development of entitlements management, provisioning systems, and end-to-end Identity Platform customer lifecycle workflows.
- Build scalable user experiences and secure frontend applications for Identity Platform users.
- Influence software engineering roadmaps and architectural decisions focused on security, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with product management, architecture teams, and cross-functional partners to align delivery trade-offs and outcomes.
- Lead and mentor engineers, improve technical designs, and advocate for customer-focused features.
- Apply software development lifecycle and agile engineering strategies across teams and partners.
- Use AI-assisted development practices to deliver business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of related experience, master’s degree plus 6 years, or PhD plus 3 years of related experience.
- Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Experience coding in Python or other modern programming languages with asynchronous programming patterns.
- Experience with React and TypeScript, including reactive state management, modern build tooling, and component architecture at scale.
- Experience building secure frontend applications and micro-frontends for integration into a broader platform.
- Preferred: 8 or more years of professional software engineering experience, including 3 or more years in a technical leadership role.
- Preferred: experience building REST APIs with OpenAPI/Swagger specifications and code generation workflows.
- Preferred: experience delivering quality software through automated testing, continuous delivery, and agile methodologies.
- Preferred: knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, WebAuthn/FIDO2, and mTLS.
- Preferred: understanding of web-development security best practices.
