Base Salary
$175k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead front-end architecture and hands-on delivery from prototypes through production.
- Lead development of the graph-based, direct-manipulation journey-builder canvas as complexity and data volumes grow.
- Define API contracts with the back-end lead and coordinate evolution of the interface and data model.
- Drive the code side of the design system and the design-to-code workflow with the product designer.
- Direct how AI-driven guardrails and model behavior are rendered and communicated in the product.
- Hire, grow, and lead the front-end engineering team while setting standards for code quality and CI-enforced testing.
- Set standards for agentic coding and review AI-assisted code appropriately.
- Partner with product and design on problem definition, scope, sequencing, and technical planning.
Requirements
- 8+ years of front-end or full-stack engineering experience, including 2+ years leading a team.
- Experience leading front-end architecture for a B2B or enterprise product with a complex, data-dense, or direct-manipulation interface.
- Demonstrated experience hiring and growing engineers and creating a technical interview loop.
- Experience directing and reviewing agentic or AI-assisted coding with appropriate human oversight.
- Fluency in defining and maintaining API contracts across team boundaries.
- Ability to turn ambiguous product problems into sequenced, shippable technical plans.
- Comfort working in an ambiguous, fast-moving, small engineering organization.
- Pharma or HCP marketing experience, or experience in complex regulated marketing data environments, is preferred.
