Responsibilities
- Act as a technical liaison to key clients, ensuring alignment on solutions and integration architectures.
- Educate clients on Cognite Data Fusion® to facilitate successful adoption and value realization.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales teams to identify and prioritize client opportunities.
- Translate client feedback into actionable product requirements for Cognite’s Product organization.
- Provide technical support on client opportunities and serve as a technical escalation point.
- Develop best practices and reference architectures to enhance Cognite’s industrial solutions.
- Mentor other Field Engineers and share insights to improve team effectiveness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, field engineering, or technical presales/postsales roles.
- Hands-on expertise in Python and software development best practices.
- Strong client-facing skills with experience in building trusted relationships.
- Expertise in industrial data, OT/IT convergence, and scalable architecture design.
- Good understanding of data platforms, APIs, and integration methods in cloud environments.
