Base Salary
$106k - $197k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product owners and engineers to address technical challenges and build third-party integration technologies.
- Manage the end-to-end development of software products and resolve system-level issues.
- Document and lead the implementation of technical features, improvements, and innovations.
- Design scalable APIs and build AWS cloud-native components.
- Proactively improve software performance, quality, and efficiency.
Requirements
- At least five years of software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in one or more of JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Java, Spring Boot, XML transformation, service orchestration, and AWS cloud implementations.
- Experience building AWS cloud-native components and designing scalable APIs.
- Experience translating client requirements into technical designs.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Background in business operations and strategies with a focus on business IT.
- Understanding of system architecture, technical standards, design and development tools, and layered software solutions.
- Strong communication, collaboration, adaptability, prioritization, and decision-making explanation skills.
- Working knowledge of ACORD standards is highly preferred.
- Experience with C#/.NET is highly preferred.
